This makes it easy for you to find the perfect program for your situation, and we allow you the flexibility to preview our products in whatever format works best for you:

• Have a preview DVD shipped to you

Each preview method has its own advantages. It is really just a matter of identifying the particular needs of your organization (or your personal preference). You may contact a CRM Learning product specialist if you need assistance determining which format will work best for you.

Online Preview

Accessing the program online allows you to preview the materials you are interested in almost immediately. Within minutes, you can create an Online Program Evaluation account. You only have to do this one time, and it requires that we get a minimum of information from you.

If you feel like previewing multiple items, you may request “unlimited access” privileges. This scenario does, however, require that you make your submission during business hours (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday for fast turnaround. The processing time for unlimited access is usually within 3-4 hours.

To ensure that you get access to the programs you wish to view, it is imperative that you provide accurate information or it will delay our ability to grant your viewing privileges. All information you provide us will be held strictly confidential. In accordance with our privacy policy, we will never sell or share your information with third parties.

You should be aware that by logging in to preview a product online, your viewing will be monitored. A CRM Learning product specialist may contact you to get feedback on your experience and to gather feedback on either the product or your viewing experience.

DVD By Mail

There are a number of advantages to previewing our products on DVD (or VHS tape if preferred):

• You can better appreciate the high quality and production values of our videos by viewing them in a full-screen mode.
• Some companies have firewalls and/or bandwidth issues that prevent the use of streaming video on their desktops.
• You can gather all decision makers in the same room to view and discuss the product together.

The preview DVD you receive in the mail will include the title you requested, along with 4 to 5 related programs which are included on the disc. We will ship the preview to you at no charge* and you may keep the disc for 15 days. After that time, you must return it via traceable carrier and pay for return shipping.

*Free shipping applies to ground shipments only. You will be required to pay for expedited shipping if you need to review your preview sooner.

A CRM product specialist will follow up with you by phone or email to see how the program(s) you viewed met your training needs.

Leader’s Guides

We do not provide full previews of the facilitation and participant materials that accompany the videos. You can, however, access an online "Preview Guide", which includes several sample pages from the Leader’s Guide and Participant Workbook (if applicable).
